Hi Pat,

So what did you think of the main CRTC document? Easier to read than the FCC one?

Looks like unbundling is here, but with lots of profit for the telcos. I also think they could delay things when they want to slow the competition.

190,000 bytes without mentioning dsl! Also didn't see anything about sharing/renting Central Office space.
