It generally takes at least 60 days from the initial S-1 filing for a company to complete the IPO process. My guess is that the IPO goes off in early to mid May. Their strategic technology partners include Metromedia Fiber, Brocade, Compaq, EMC, Dell, Legato, Network Appliance, Sun, AT&T Web Hosting and VERITAS. There is a significant barrier to entry in this niche, specifically the fact that it is very capital intensive. You might find their intellectual property disclosure of interest: "We have no patents and have not filed any patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark office with respect to our services?Due to rapid technological change, we believe that factors such as the expertise and technological and creative skills of our personnel, new services and enhancements to our existing services are more important to establishing and maintaining an industry and technology leadership position other than the various available legal protections."
