DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2000--

Classic Cable Grants HSA 25,000 Homes

Latest Commitment Adds to 130,000 Classic Homes

Already Under Contract

New Agreement With Full Channel TV Encompasses 19,000 Homes

Classic Cable, one of High Speed Access Corp.'s (HSA) first cable affiliates, has tapped the broadband ISP to extend its services to an additional 25,000 homes. This is in excess of over 130,000 homes already under contract with Classic Cable. HSA also announced today that they have also signed a letter of intent with Full Channel TV, Inc. to provide high-speed Internet access to its customers in Bristol, Barrington and Warren, Rhode Island, passing approximately 19,000 homes.

HSA will deploy high-speed Internet access services to the following Classic Cable communities in Texas: Burkburnnet, Iowa Park, Center, Clarksville, Eastland, and Breckenridge. The service will be marketed using the ClassicNet.net brand.

HSA will also provide Full Channel TV all technical support, including Internet service network design, development and operations state-of-the-art Network Operating Centers (NOC) with Customer Help Desks as well as marketing, billing and technical management support. The service will be marketed locally as "FCTVplus".
