Just a quick read, don't have all my tools... The daily chart looks pretty bad to me. I can't see strong support until 70. Indicators don't look very positive. siliconinvestor.com However, the 60 minute chart is a bit more favorable. 84 looks like it held and indicators look better. siliconinvestor.com Hmm, could go either way. I just don't have a strong sense of VTSS here.
