Yes in our report we discussed how the Dow was down 300 some on a tuesday to tuesday basis andthe NYSE BP rose 2%. Probably has bottomed but we wait to see. Normally first attempt fails to make higher bottom and then off to the races. sometimes just off to the races. OTC still on buy. t
