I dont know if we can compare it with Kaufman and Broad, a national builder of medium to high end homes. Kaufman and Broad (KBH - NYSE) had earnings of $3.08 per share, P/E ratio of a low 5.93 and a market cap of $876.0 Million dollars. Price per share is $18 approx.
That makes ARET approaching a valuation of 15% of that of KBH.
Is ARET worth less or more than 15% of KBH?
