Wayne,
If you read the news release, it mentions that there is a relationship with the two companies that will be maintained. My guess is that Both will have a position in each company.
I am expecting earnings to be released next week. I also expect the company to start releasing their positions as each company that they invested in conducts an IPO. The Razo report listed only three companies that TSSW has investment positions in. Since that report, I would expect TSSW to have several more positions in late stage IPOs.
This area that TSSW is investing in carries a much higher valuation than the software side of the business. TSSW will also be able to generate a greater increase in Net Working Capital than by staying in the software business which was losing money. TSSW will need to increase its net working capital to $25 million to conduct an OTC IPO.
I am anxious to hear what the cost basis is for each position. If anyone calls the company, lets encourage mgt to provide the information as soon as possible.
