Everyone needs to hang tough. I think it could be a lot longer. It sounds like the initial board who was viewing MMI's change of business were indecisive. Apparently it has now been passed over to a higher order...a special committee? I think these guys only work 1 or two days a week. <gggg>

My question is why could the first board not make a decision?
