Thanks all for monitoring this situation. I really don't beliieve that Vertucci has any money but I think that La Jolla capital does. Hopefully, the trial will prove that La Jolla cap was involved in stock manipulation and then we might be able to follow up with a class-action. Any lawyers out there with an opinion. Also, if anybody has anything that might be helpful to these prosecutors maybe it would help. Again if they spend all the time and money proving the fraud, it might be helpful for the rest of us.
