LOS ANGELES, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: EBLD), a leading provider of streaming entertainment- related media on the Internet as well as comprehensive media encoding services, today announced that beginning tomorrow, March 10, the company's stock ticker symbol will be amended with an 'E', to EBLDE.
Stephen Brown, CEO of Entertainment Boulevard, stated, "Pursuant to the process of becoming a fully-reporting company with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the SEC requested that we provide a full audit for our year ended December 1999. This audit is now complete and under final review, and we intend to file the new registration statement with the SEC next week."
Mr. Brown continued, "Although we cannot predict when we will achieve fully-reporting status, during this process we have been working closely with the SEC and diligently responding to requests for information to facilitate the review process."
