IWOW wasn't really trading yesterday. I attempted for two days to buy above the bid. There were no offers to be had. Today, I eventually broke down and used my MM account and had him go in and get me 2k @ $1.75. When I made the purchase there were still no offers showing up on level II. I thought, what the heck. I attempted for two days with Etrade and no bites. Two days ago, the bid was @ 1/8 Today, when I bought @ $1 3/4, the bid was at $1 1/2. I don't know why I didn't try with my MM.
