Hey David...I spoke to Tom at Sitrick and Company for about 15 moniutes this afternoon...Give him a buzz...I mentioned your report to him...

He mentioned that the company went through major mergers (as we know) and said that lawyers were on the case with NASDAQ regarding the listing...If i was NASDAQ i'd want to see everything as a whole company too...Also complicating the matter were the new accountants coming on board so late in the year....and to bring them up to speed was arduous...

I asked about the Dilution (after reading your posts) and he mentioned that icall teh company....so far, haven't had any luck...Since the price fell for the Q 30% does this change the dilution at all??

In the end i realize it won't matter (assuming the business model pans out according to plan, but in the short run 35% is still a lot in 1 Q...

After i get further words on concern this I'll post more...I mentioned that it was hard to read all the reports form all of the companies to know all the effects...Hopefully Annettee at the company can mollify some of my concerns...

Neverthless, the 35% in one Q dilution could have been very good if that was the main part...being that it is over basically...I just want some stability or to know the risks i'm taking...And that is what annoys me...I didn't know...I;ve been burned before from things that should have been public knowledge...

Waiting to read the 10K....
