>>>It will be an exciting 6 months to see who does come out the winner.

And I don't think you understand the market if you think there will be a clear winner in 6 months. B2B Bill Presentment is going to take a little longer to develop plus the market is too big for one company to dominate.

FWIW, CheckFree is a Gorilla in EBPP (B2C) space. CheckFree clearly understands the importance of B2B, and will leverage existing infrastructure and partners to capitalize in this space. My question still stands, Who is the competition in B2B?

>>>I do work in this space and really can not say any more,

Bottomline? Yup. I've been following this industry since the early 90's. My opinion on Bottomline, One would have to question Bottomline's management in that is their product robust enough (XML?), and management un-willing's to sacrifice profits to capitalize on the opportunity before them.

In addition, most large corporate billers are requesting implementation by IBM, EDS, etc., thus you have licensing agreements between Blue Gill and the IBM's. You will soon learn that unlike B2B Auction services, EBPP is harder to implement with many issues to be resolved (i.e. does the product integrate with my SAP software?). IMHO!

Best Wishes,

Benny
