For some reason over the last week and a half RTS has gone from the $2.00 a share area to $3.00 then back down to $2.30 and closed today at $2.86. Could a deal be coming closer as more share action and a price increase usually precludes. I guess only time will tell.

P.S. I guess I will be one of the only ones to see if it happens as it appears I am alone yet again.
