In her new position, Kain will focus on building strategic relationships and other business development activities that support ImageX.com in meeting its core business and growth objectives. Kain's 15 years of business development experience and solid track record of success will help ImageX.com shape strategic direction and build revenue-generating programs and teams.

Before joining ImageX.com, Kain led business development and channel sales efforts at Carleton Corp., an Oracle company that is a developer of data quality and mainframe data extraction software for customer-focused data warehousing applications. During her first year at Carleton, Kain built the company's partner business for its new product line from zero to $3 million and signed more than 10 partners. In addition, Kain defined partner programs; managed the source-to-close partnership sale process, including contract negotiations and maintained responsibility for post-contract account management, channel sales, co-op marketing programs, and programs that facilitated direct sales in successful joint sales efforts with partners.
Prior to taking on a leadership role at Carleton, Kain served as senior director of business alliances at International Software Group and strategic management consultant for the Concord Corp. Kain has also held a variety of management positions in business development at Digital Equipment Corp.
