Mark, I am sure you remember that last June, I suggested MVIS could be a target of a major retracement post force conversion of securities (warrants in MVIS' case convertible debentures in MU's case). Well, a similar scenario is being played by MU right now, they have just completed 8 out of 8 trading days above their critical point ($88), and in another two weeks or so, they can force the conversion of more than a billion in debt into equity. Once this period is over (and actually probably few days before, I got out of the long side today), the same scenario that worked for MVIS last year should work for MU. I thought some brave souls may want to use the opportunity. If Auric is reading this, MU is a much better candidate for shorting than MVIS might (not) be.
