For anyone who is interested. Two stocks with which I had personal experience, were halted in the past six months, for "change of business" reasons. Victory Ventures, now V.GIV was down for over a month last year. Meteor Technologies, V.MMI was halted on 10 Feb 2000, and hasn't resumed yet. This could be a long wait if it is deemed to be a COB. In my opinion it was a dumb press release, unless management wanted the stock halted, and for some reason did not want to request a halt. A simple review of the current situation would have worked, but to make a "mission statement," just stuck a pin into a Tiger. Bruce Bruce
