I was surprised to see them take such a chunk out of their debt considering they are still planing to make acquisitions.

The Company experienced strong cash performance during the quarter. Net debt was reduced by approximately $71 million compared to the end of second quarter

And then they do this which to me doesn't add up unless they don't have any large companies in their sights so they won't being using the banks money for awhile.

the Company established a new US$225 million committed bank facility. Combined with the cash balances of $51 million at the end of the quarter, the Company intends to continue to capitalize on evolving acquisition opportunities.

Uncertainty due to the impact of the transition to the 2000 calendar year had an undetermined negative impact on license sales in the third quarter.

I hope somebody ask in the CC if they expect stronger sales this quarter considering the Y2K is history.

Considering the stock has been in the dog house for awhile just maybe we might get out tomorrow. Time will tell.
The stock price and CC should be interesting tomorrow.
