ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2000--zebramart.com (OTCBB:ZMRT - news) announced today that it has
directed outside legal counsel to initiate legal action against individuals who have disseminated erroneous and misleading information about zebramart.com and its
business practices.

CEO of zebramart.com. ``However, we have an obligation to our investors and shareholders to take seriously any attempts to maliciously misrepresent our actions
and motives. The Company intends to vigorously proceed against any persons engaged in defamation or other actionable conduct against the Company in online chat
rooms or bulletin board forums.'
Kenner would not comment further on any details of the investigation, beyond saying that maintaining the reputation and integrity of zebramart.com, its investors and
employees was his highest priority.
