tom, in the case of sonus, we already know in essence what the fda is going to say...they have already given an approvable letter to sonus for echogen...it is very rare and would show incompetence on mgmt's part if they were unable to satisfy the fda's final requirements... though nothing is a guarantee when dealing with the fda, i am very confident of approval...very confident...
