Hi Contango,,

Any idea how much of KIN is owned by BFM. I noticed that KIN is clearly controlled by the same people who control BFM. I found this in BFM's 1996 Annual report:

Kinvara Ventures Inc.
In November 1996, Indomin signed an agreement to sell its Island Lake Gold Project to Kinvara Ventures Inc., a public company listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange. As a result of the sale, Indomin has become a significant shareholder of Kinvara, and provides the company with management and technical services. The Island Lake gold project in Manitoba comprises claims covering 2,286 hectares (5,646 acres) of greenstone belt in which numerous gold showings up to 31 g/t (1 oz) have been reported.

Sagawitchewan Bay (Island Lake), Manitoba
On October 17, 1996, the Company entered into an agreement with Kinvara Ventures Inc. ("Kinvara") for the sale of a 100% interest in the Sagawitchewan Bay (Island Lake) claims. In connection with this sale, the Company received 1,000,000 common shares of Kinvara. This transaction was completed January 23, 1997.
