Got this from another Website. - From something Kaiser put out 2 weeks ago.
"Unitec International Controls Corp (UIC-V: $0.20)
Avoid - bottom-fish coverage discontinued

Unitec International Controls Corp (UIC-V), which I gave up on in December
as a Bottom-Fish Dud that should be avoided, has shown a bit of life amid
signs that Tim Brock's group is trying to resurrect the company. Peter
Grandich, who had joined Unitec as part of an effort to turn around the
floundering company, recently threw in the towel after a Chilean customer
cancelled a purchase order due to non-performance by Unitec. The
cancellation forced Unitec to write off a $404,000 receivable. In mid
February Joseph Flatley joined the board as a director, signaling that
Unitec's John Smyth is finally ready to accept a helping hand from the
group that provided the shell for the original Unitec RTO. I am no longer
covering Unitec as a bottom-fish, but wanted to alert any bottom-fishers
stuck in the stock that there may be hope for the company again, and that
at the very least the stock will go for a modest spec cycle."
