Concern by the management of AMES is shown in the news releases, including Rolando's interview in WSJ, looking for something to revive the stock value. My open letter to Ettore will meet SEC approval, but is very complex to execute.

No one taught AMES management about market making. I once asked a market maker to make a market on our public common stock. He said give us some stock then we can promote it and make a market. They don't go and buy the stock on the market and do market making.

The lead market maker trades the largest number of shares. They have larger offers. They set the price. So, AMES insiders (or directors) have to provide (sell) some stock to them to balance the market demand. That way they don't have to pull back severely to buy back at the lowest price, and ruin the stock value.

So, Ettore and company talk to the lead market maker and learn the business. Its never too late.
