Dime on the dollar, and a distraction for the company.

Come on, seriously, PASW as an independent entity trading at over
$30 within the last 6 months. Anyone buying at those levels
is as guilty of bad judgement as those who bought IFMX at those
same levels and held through the long torturous downturn.

Nobody could have believed, despite what the company may have said,
that PASW was EVER under/fair valued. It was overvalued at 30,
overvalued at 17 when the merger was announced. After the merger
announcement was the first time it became attractive on a PEG
basis. And only because RATL tends to rapidly integrate what it
buys.

PASW before the merger was like buying IOM or Presstek before the
first crash: buyer beware!

Buying it afterwards was a good investment. Even now, you stand
to gain 20+% on the merger conversion. So just triple (or
quadruple) down, and you'll be whole again in no time.

Don't even bother with that dime on the dollar (at most) from the
class action.
