Hey there Dude, Man their is a handful of these little jewels wollowing around at bargain basement prices. I haven't a clue what will spark some interest in them though. If you ain't tech you ain't squat these days. Take a look at NWPX it is and has been in the same boat. A PE in the six area and incredible growth and earnings. Sorry to hear about the drought condition. Are they still irrigating with raw sewage south of the border? Although we have plenty of water up are way lake Superior's shoreline is pretty wide for this time of the year. There are many peoples docks that need to be either moved or extended because they no longer reach the water. Take care Big Guy
