For over two years they promise to provide capabilities link Microsoft Money, and each time I called, they say it is coming soon. It is still not there. Almost all the major and many smaller online brokers offer it. 2). Their online trading cannot buy brk.a while others can. You have to call them (waiting for an hour?) (and they are the only broker use the format of "brk a" instead of "brk.a" by other brokers and quote sources) 3). They still give you a real time quote limit while my other brokers don't have a limit. 4). They are the only online broker I use that does not have a local branch in my area. I see no advantage staying with them any longer. On the other hand, their web site problem is not unique. I have two other different online brokers were having some worse problems, all attributed unusually high volumes of activities.
