MB, Again, let's get some perspective here. There are NO new environmental lawsuits. Superfund sites affect everybody even those who so much as sneezes on the property. These have been on the books for a long time. Come on! Gus Based on facts currently known to management, management believes it is only remotely likely that the liability of the Company in connection with such pending matters, either individually or in the aggregate, will be material to the Company's financial condition or results of operations or material to investors, or that the Company's liability will materially exceed the amounts already accrued.
