BN: The financials are NOT overdue. You seem to be very concerned about the release date for the financials. Why don't you telephone ACTV and ask them, instead of constantly commenting on it. Ted ODonnell is the IR person. He is easily contacted ...and he WILL return your call if he is not available when you call him. (at least that has been my experience)

IMO the financials will be a non-event as compared to the other anticipated announcements/events to unfold in the next 3-6 months.
