What is the possibility of an offer from NYN/BEL or SBC/PAC
for FRO? What is the reasonable price if it happens? $20, $22, $24,
or higher?

FRO is at its two year low range. It pays good dividends-5.48%. I
guess it should have very low downside risk now.
