MILH popped on my radar this a.m., doesn't appear to be trading, I'm also having my MM try to see if it can be traded - no luck so far.

Kinda odd to announce a 5 for 1 split if it can't be traded.

Quotes range from 3/8 to $2.

My 10 minute DD shows nothing TOO hokey, just looks like a start-up that is listed on the BB but isn't being traded by any MMs. My MM, who is one of the biggest, says they aren't trading it.

A June 30, 1999 PR says they changed their name from Amex Systems Corp (AMEC - RTO?) and changed name to MILH. Looks like they were buying some small mortgage firms. The IR number then (724-334-8400) was for a Gallatin State Bank (in PA?), which they were planning to buy. February SEC filing says they're buying an Arizona firm for 125,000 in stock, and that they reimbursed the Company President for ~$700K in expenses for product development with 2 shares per dollar owed (~1.4 million shares). So I guess there's an arguement for his shares being worth $0.50, and the AZ company being bought for ~$62.5 K in stock.

Still doesn't clarify is the shares can be bought on the OTC:BB, or at what price. My guess is they'll go for something of a premium to the President's shares, but who knows.

Anywho, that's my 10 minute DD - if anyone finds a way to trade these shares, or any detailed DD, please share.

Thanks
