No way buddy! You said "...Period" which clearly means you can not sneak in a further explanation, description or whatever of your opinion. The key word in your statement was "ensure." You are stuck with it. However, if someone else were to clarify the definition with this "unnecessary impediments" thing, I would agree that it helps. Are you up to the task of clarifying the extent of what is unnecessary on a situation by situation basis. If you have ever looked at ADA laws you would see that it takes a library of legal jargon to define "reasonable accommodations." Once done, however, the ADA laws turned out to be a pretty fair system to employers and persons with disabilities alike. Of course it requires everyone to involve themselves according to the original intent of the law to work. That doesn't always happen...comma
