Gore and Bush are both silver-spooned. Gore has many defects, among them being a robot and liar. I hadn't ever heard him called dumb.

There is no one not in a sheltered living arrangement in comparison to whom W looks like a rocket scientist.

This is actually not that interesting to me. I just dropped by when I saw Steven agreeing with someone on what appeared to me to be the unexamined, knee jerk feelgood desire to declare Clinton the one negative thing he isn't-- dumb.

As near as I can tell, since dumb was the subject raised, Gore isn't dumb and Clinton isn't dumb and Pat Robertson isn't dumb and lots of crummy people aren't dumb, among them certainly not George W. Bush. He talks in pre-memorized sound-units, which is a good thing, given what happens if he tries to extemporize.

But I gather it has already been agreed here that Bush is dumb. The question was whether that is also true of Clinton, and now Gore.

Yes, the next president will definitely be a silver-spoon one.
