Cash flow at GRT is fine.
The whole question is how are they going to do next year when they have a substantial portion of the debt coming due that they have to refinance.
This year, I believe they have around $100 Million due near November, and they intend to fund that with sales of non-strategic assets.
They are hedged with interest rates after another point to point and a half, so their FFO should be flat if interest rates rocket up. Still, the debt financed next year will be expensive if interest rates rocket up. If they do, I imagine even the techs will peak out soon.
