Janice, yes a CRASH would make it more difficult but we are not talking about a computer crash here. Really big difference.

I used to manage a computer software testing department. I was constantly amazed at the things the hardware techs could pull off. Believe me when I tell you that that computer holds some major clues here.

I just hope that someone, anyone, is bright enough to look.
