I don't believe the past trends will predict the future although the last big move up from about 200 was pretty accurate. (although I don't understand charts much).

I think we are going to break to the upside from these levels sooner than the charts (moving averages) will predict. I have a feeling it could be within a week or two at the most.---it might even start today!
