Jon, I know what you mean. I'm just buying a slug here and a glob there, in stocks that come down to me. Rotating and maintaining enough cash to grab some opportunities. Offshore construction/fab stocks seem to be the lowest risk/highest reward in OS land to me right now. Seems as though most all the stocks have started to make the turn. I like to see whole groups turn before I buy individual stocks. Didn't think it would happen this fast, but it has. JMVVHO Bull
