Mike, the 33 5/8 was not an after hours trade. It was a third market bid for the stock. The problem is that the NYSE bid for the stock is yanked off the quote system at 4pm. Other buyers and sellers can still trade in the third market.

One of my brokers, Datek, actually prices my portolio every night based on the the final bid price. This does bother me a bit, too.
