Financing must be in the near future for ITE. After todays meeting I would expect a series of happenings.

1. NR to confirm the name change, along with a short but sweet mention of the companies direction.

2. Promotion to allow eyes to open to the new iTech. With such bringing the stock price up allowing for financing.

3. Upon financing a further promotion along with 1-3 new investments.

4. Outcome of the Medsite IPO.

Financing is becoming more important as the companies funds are decreasing. I haven't done the math but in OCT we had 19 million + and since then a lot has happened. We made an agreement with MF Capital, made investments in Elastic, Bizfone, Horizonlive, Medsite, and the 100% acquisition of Enviromation. All of the above investments are very exciting for the company however for it continue we need more seed money. Financing must be in the near future.
