UPDATE*** made some calls about the VIPM, IBC connection and this is apparently a dead end; they are a private company...ignore the below info....let's keep digging. Unfortunately I don't have time now. There must be some other reason the stock is going up.

Called the number below and got referred to a Paul Ryan at 603-890-3119. He says no connection to the public company, VIPM

Thanks Lindao so ** VIPM ** is registered as Internet Broadcasting Corporation. That would explain the interest in the shares. Keep digging everyone.
