Hey I was the DD guy (sold them all last month) but MXTR was my pick at 6 1/2. Sold it at 7 1/2 (oops, but had a margin squeeze). Anyway, I told you. But as usual I was too impatient to get the real value out of it.

Am putting in low bids on a variety of my beaten-down favorites; Athm, Lor, Corl, Lu, Uis, Bebe, JNJ and Fatb. Hopefully I'll get some shares on any dips. Being Friday I think the market will settle for the weekend and create some bargain moments. Hopefully will rally Monday again. But after yesterday we need a consolidation and everyone needs time to figure out what's going on.

ATHM - way down while T being forced to sell it. What, are they going to sell it for $28 a share? Not likely. The uncertainty causes the stock to go down but if it's sold it will probably go for more than $50.

CORL - I'd like some cheap to see about this INTC rumor.
Even without INTC it's pretty cheap down at 14-15.

LOR and BEBE - scraping bottoms again. LMT will sell 13% of LOR. Rumor was MSFT was going to buy it, and as internet infrastructure company of the future is one of the keys to future growth. At 2-3 billion market cap very cheap here despite Globalstar anxieties. I will probably buy a G phone later this year as I start working internationally. So they'll have one customer anyway.

UIS still an obvious bargain. LU I like to 80 so $66 a nice buy.

Any opinions on COMS or ESHR? Those are two I'm tempted on. Already have some ESHR but knowing it was recently at 29 I'm wondering if it can do it again. COMS cut almost in half since its peak. Owns most of Palm Pilot biz. Trying to make itself a major-major player and might just succeed. I last sold it at $33 with a stellar gain from $21. But boy should I have held onto that one. COMS around $60 maybe?

Liking CPQ to return to the mid 30's and IBM to $120.
BSX also might pop more and/or get taken over. Looks solid.

Some great deals on the stocks I've bid on today. Join me trying to catch the dips if you like.
