Pluvia?s scam is a simple one. He finds stocks which have run and are in a period of consolidation and then he buys short out of the money puts or writes in the money calls and then posts outlandish claims in order to knock the stock down then he quickly covers. What a scum bag!!

THIS MATTER came regularly before the Court on the 19th day of March,

17 1993, before the Honorable James Stone. The City was represented by William L. Gardner,

Esq., Chief Deputy City Attorney. Robert Bell, Esq. appeared an behalf of the Defendant.

Pursuant to negotiations, Defendant entered a plea of no contest to the charge

Of shoplifting, RMC 8.10.045 Thereupon, the court accepted the Defendant's plea of no

contest and entered a judgement of guilt thereon.

IT IS HERBY ORDERED that Defendant is fined TWO HUNDRED

DOLLARS and 00/100ths ($200.00) and an assessment fee of SIXTY FIVE DOLLARS AND

00/100ths ($65). Monthly Payments of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS and 00/100ths ($100)

Per month commencing May 1. 1993 and are to made until paid in full.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Reno Municipal Court for

imposition of the sentence herein imposed.
