This was nearly 5 weeks ago. How many more months will you be conducting your audit? If you delay much longer, you will have to begin the audit for this year as well. Don't most accountants get audits done in under a couple of weeks?

It will not happen overnight. Many Changes have occurred in the SEC rules for filings and we are becoming more up to date as we go and solutions are being made.

Well we can see it is not happening overnight. It's been over a month since you wrote that. But I am at a loss to see how SEC rule changes are affecting the delay in your reporting. Surely your accountants are better than that.

To make a firm commitment date is difficult.

This is becoming apparent.

Not providing a firm date is not being deceptive, only honest. I for one would love to have a firm date also.

OK, how about a month? Can you commit to say July? Or maybe June? Or maybe May? Or April? If not July or sooner, then why not? I believe you were talking about filing by the end of last year or was that something that Spencer was saying on your behalf?
