That states you wown a shell you own nothing ... PLain and simple. End of story. It better have a full current registration statement, and a business or you probably just threw away your money. So goes the reverse mergers down the path of a bad investment. People running all these shells and companies that are not fully reporting are in for a bad time in the future. This is also probably why a lot that go to pinks are not coming badck either. The SEC is making that there better be a real company or it is going down the tubes. The next step in the cleaning out the OTCs and especially the pinks. :-) Gary
