I agree the 'old people' stuff (and watch your political correctness here, twitty<g>) is somewhat of a bad omen. The worst omen I've heard, though, is another possibly apocryphal story floating around various message boards. It's the guy who said he wasn't going to pay his quarterly IRS deposits because the penalty is only 9% and he can do better in tech stocks! I don't believe it's true but it does reflect the tenor of the times. --QS
