I think that it may be that people who have lost on ELI have kept an eye on it and are picking it up in the hopes that when/if we get a positive Japanese response, the stock may go back to a much higher level. There also was something in the budget, I think about cleaning up the environment. With the credentials that ELI is slowly gathering, someday perhaps even the Canadian Government will realize the value of this process. I have held a position in this since the stock was $6.95, of course my stock is held MUCH more cheaply now!!!!!!
