I notice that Dell is up over 5% on the great news that they have to replace only 400,000 bad memory chips in laptops, not 800,000 as previously reported ... go figure.

A questions about your 90/10 strategy: I presume you invest the 90% for capital safety? did you ever publish a synopsis of your investments?

I am trying to put a certain percentage of my IRA accounts into "safe" vehicles, and certain reports I have been reading about the vulnerability of the brokerage's money market funds in the event of a market breakdown have me worried. Advice would be welcome.
