It is highly likely that Seagate has been selling some of its 10 million SNDK shares in the past two days. The evidence in support of this includes the suspicious increase in volume; the fall of a growth stock without any negative news; and the fact that SEG has filed Form 144's to cover the planned sale of 2.5 million shares. If you pick the bottom, you will be rewarded once the equilibrium returns.
