I will add what I know about the LMT shares. There are restrictions on how many they can sell in any block which I believe is no more than 2.5% but I don't know the time period. They also cannot sell to any one buyer which would result in that buyer having over I think 4%. I am trying to find out the specifics and will post when I have them. It is possible LMT may want Lor to join them in a road show to dispose of the shares or have Lor facilitate the transfer to a few large buyers. One thing for certain, we are not going to see 46 mil hit the market on 5/15.
