How decent does the IBM network seem? I signed up with a small local ISP so I could connect x2, but their gateways and routes (lack thereof) leaves much to be desired. Have you done any traceroutes to see how many hops you're going through with IBM versus another ISP? If IBM does a good job, I'll gladly switch to them when they offer x2, since they have something like 500 POPs.
