Gentlemen, in re: to Foley's comment about possibly beating last year's EPS handily, he mentioned 13 cents. As far as I'm concerned, 13 cents isn't the number I'm using for last year. Since when do we look at earnings figures with one-time charges included? I have been using 18 cents all along.

Jeffrey, is the refinancing of the European loan of 1.5M why the long-term debt rose? Just double-checking...

If the new promo sales materials go out in mid-May, they will have 6 weeks left in the quarter. If things have not gotten any better for these first 6 weeks, then maybe we are looking at a possible loss in the next. What do you all think?

The Warehouse product probably won't be out until August at the earliest, which gives them a possible shot at a decent 4th quarter assuming everything(!) works out.

Kudos to you Jeff for bringing the call back to level-headedness and agreeing that DWCH needs to concentrate on sales and earnings rather than sending out "bells & whistles" press releases and wasting time and energy on PR manipulation.

Paul
